We are excited to introduce our customers to Jose Reyes, our newest Customer Support Representative. Jose joined the team on January 1, 2022 and has hit the ground running. With this new addition to our team, we will be able to provide even more great support to you, as well as have more time to enhance and expand our software to meet all of your needs.
In order to get to know Jose a bit better, we asked him to share a bit about himself. Read our question and answer session with him and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions or to say hello.

What is your background?
I’m from Kansas City, KS. Before working for MFP, I worked at my local Amazon Fulfillment center since I wanted to try out a more physical job. But before that, I worked as a graphic designer focusing on vector art for logos and preparing art for screenprinting. I’ve been doing customer service and sales part-time remotely for quite some time now, from big tech companies to small cold-calling sales teams. I’ve discovered over the years that I enjoy providing customer service the most and decided to focus my career on this area.
What do you do at My Food Program?
My role in My Food Program is to become an expert and provide great customer support over our web-chat and email for now while I transition to calls in the near future.
