WAYS TO PAY
Auto-Pay: Credit or Debit Card
Download, fill out and return this form to billing@myfoodprogram.com.
Wave Payment
Click the invoice link within the My Food Program software to be directed to our payment portal (Wave). You can choose to pay with Bank Payment (ACH) or Credit/Debit Card. Be sure to check the box for “Save this credit card and allow My Food Program by Genius Programs to automatically charge it for future invoices.”
Mail a Check
Payable to “Genius Programs LLC” and mail to:

FIND YOUR INVOICE
To find your invoice in My Food Program:
- Login as a sponsor. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
- From the sponsor dashboard, click the tab that says Setup.
- From the sponsor setup screen, click the button that says Invoices.
- You will see the list of invoiced sites on this screen.
DOWNLOAD LIST OF SITES ON INVOICE
To download the list of sites included on your invoice:
- Login as a sponsor. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
- From the sponsor dashboard, click the tab that says Setup.
- From the sponsor setup screen, click the button that says Invoices.
- Click the Invoice Date to view the list of sites associated with that invoice, including a summary of the site count at the top of the page.
- Click the blue Download Spreadsheet button and the spreadsheet will automatically download into the default browser location.
BILLING POLICY
Our billing policy is to issue an invoice for any site with attendance or meal counts. If your site will not be filing a claim and you would like us to delete the attendance and meal counts in order to void the charge, please email billing@myfoodprogram.com.
If you have a credit card on file, we will run your payment automatically and it will appear on your credit card statement as ““WAV*GENIUS PROGRAMS”.
